⌘Tab that shows every window
Window Switcher lists every window, not only every app, most recent first. Press Tab to move and let go of ⌘ to switch. Or press ⌥` and type part of a window’s title or its app.

Questions
Does it replace macOS’s ⌘Tab?
While it’s on, yes. To keep macOS’s app switcher on ⌘Tab, choose ⌥Tab for Window Switcher in Settings, and use both.
Why does it need Accessibility?
macOS only lets an app see and raise other apps’ windows with Accessibility access. Pandabar asks for it the first time you use a tool that needs it.
